Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are available only within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible.

To request a refund or make a complaint, please email us at admin@freelancelot.app. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the relevant trade ombudsman.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
